Changing the method of receiving dividends

You can receive dividends using one of the following three methods.

・ Receiving dividends at Japan Post Bank using a dividend receipt

・ Having dividends directly deposited into your designated bank account

・ Having dividends credited to a brokerage account that holds your shares

Unless you specify otherwise, you will receive dividends at Japan Post Bank using a dividend receipt.

Your dividend receipt is valid at Japan Post Bank for about a month after the dividend payment date. After the expiration of that period, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation will handle the payment of dividends, so please bring your dividend receipt to any of its branches or mail it to the company. For those shareholders who receive their dividends by the dividend receipt method, we recommend the use of automatic payment, which is safer, securer, and faster. If you wish to have your dividends deposited directly into your bank or brokerage account, you must present a dividend payment request form to the Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation.

Please complete the dividend payment request form, affix your registered seal, and submit it to Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation.

Please note that, if the dividend payment request form does not arrive by the record date (May 31 or November 30), direct deposit may start with your next dividend payment due to administrative reasons. You also need to follow the same procedure if you wish to change your bank or brokerage account used for receiving dividends.
